Overview

By using CodeSwitch, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Client-Side Nature

CodeSwitch operates primarily as a client-side application, with most processing occurring directly in your browser. This architecture inherently provides a higher level of privacy and security as your code and projects generally remain on your device.

No Artificial Intelligence

Unlike many coding platforms, CodeSwitch does not use AI models to generate, analyze, or modify your code. Your projects are processed using standard programming algorithms and parsers, without the uncertainties or potential security concerns associated with AI systems.

Service Description

CodeSwitch provides educational programming tools including Web Architect and Turtle Studio. These tools are designed for learning and creating digital projects through visual and text-based programming interfaces.

User Projects

You retain all rights to the projects you create using CodeSwitch. Your code and designs belong to you. We claim no ownership over content you create with our tools.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CodeSwitch to create or distribute harmful software, violate laws, or infringe upon others' rights. We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate these terms.

Service Modifications

We may modify CodeSwitch or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

CodeSwitch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or continuously available.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodeSwitch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
